Grace Community Church sign

Dear Friend,

We would like to welcome you to Grace Community Church!

We are a family of Christians. Back in the mid-1960s, a small group of adults began meeting together to launch a new church in the Back Mountain that would be guided by the principles outlined in our doctrinal statement, constitution, and by-laws. Gathering at various locations and finally at our current facility on the west side of Route 415 just north of Route 118 in Dallas, Grace Community Church has enjoyed our Lord’s blessings at every turn. We have watched folks come to know and love Jesus Christ more and more over the years as they felt our love for people, as they heard our bold proclamation of the gospel of Jesus’ death and resurrection to save everyone from sin, and as they saw us engaged in Christian outreach both at home and abroad.

We view ourselves as a new society — a family–that intentionally displays the miraculous, transforming power of God in individuals and relationships before a watching, needy world. The Lord has been pleased to lead and provide for us in some fascinating ways over the years. We are both thrilled and humbled to be a part of His mighty work, and we look forward to even greater opportunities for service to come!

We desire to be a blessing to you in the Name of our wonderful Lord Jesus Christ! Please examine this site to learn how we may serve you, and feel free to email us if you have a need we can address or if you desire any further information. If you are in town, we cordially invite you to visit our Worship Service and meet our people (the best way to get to know us)—especially if you do not have a Bible-teaching church home of your own.

We are far from a perfect church (such a church exists only in heaven), but we have definitely experienced the love, the beauty, and the heartfelt joy that can come only from a saving relationship with the God of the Bible. Allow us to share His goodness with you. May He richly bless you!

Yours in Christ,

The Believers at Grace Community Church
